After selling his company in social media monitoring for a significant amount, LeBrun launched a bold initiative homelessness to be tackled by the construction of 99 ’ tiny houses ’ or small houses.

The project, called ’ 12 Neighbors ’, is not just a collection of houses but a dynamic community initiative designed to give less fortunate citizens of Fredericton a new beginning.

This unique shielded community not only includes residential units but also functions as a business center where residents can manage various businesses, including a coffee house and a silk printing house, which economic promotes the independence of the residents.
