Lunch Break
During a quiet lunch break, a student decided to sit next to one of his teachers. To his surprise, the teacher looked at him arrogantly and said, “A swan will not make friends with a pig.”
The student, undeterred, replied with a smile: “Then I’ll fly on.” This rude response visibly angered the teacher. He decided to do everything he could to abandon the student. 😠
The teacher felt hurt by the student’s self-confidence and felt he had to defend his position as an authority . He viewed the student’s comment as a direct challenge to his authority.
